Employment Status:
Permanent, Full-time
Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 38 hours p/week (flexible part-time options could be considered)
Competitive Salary: Band 4A - $72,796.59 p.a plus 11.5% superannuation
Location: Hybrid Working - Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to also work from home.

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our beautiful city by providing administrative support to our Urban Strategy department (consisting of Economic Development and Strategic Planning), ensuring we deliver the best possible outcomes for the Bayside community.

You will have the chance to provide general and administrative support, working in a diverse, friendly, and high performing team.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Experienced in the provision of a high-quality administrative support
  • A problem solver with a proactive attitude
  • An excellent communicator who thrives on interactions with others
  • Committed to what it takes to deliver great customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • High ability for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check 
  • Hold a Current Victorian Drivers Licence
