Days & Hours of Work:
3 Days, totalling 22.8 hours per week (can be across 3, 4 or 5 days).  Role must be able to commence by 9am most days
Competitive Salary:
Band 5 - $80,620.19 pro-rata ($48,372.11 for 22.8 hours p.a) + 11.5% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home

About the Role:

The Strategy, Culture and Capability Support Officer provides administration for the effective functioning and service delivery of the People & Strategy team and is the first point of contact for general enquiries to the Strategy, Culture and Capability team. 

The Officer supports the delivery of People and Strategy services and outcomes including ensuring a positive and inclusive environment for corporate development sessions and culture building events; Bayside’s HRIS (Talent Central) Learning Module is accurate and provides a seamless customer experience; and compliant records of people and capability documentation in line with internal and statutory procedures.

The role functions in a busy environment and requires effective system management as well as commitment to providing and improving great service to people across the organisation enabling our people to contribute to a high-performance culture.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing the first point of contact for strategy, culture and capability phone and email queries from the business
  • Learning and development coordination, administration, record keeping and reporting
  • Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program Support
  • Process Mapping administrative support

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
