Competitive Salary: Band 7 - $111,166 p.a + 11.5% superannuation

About the Role:
Are you a self-motivated, experienced and high-performing Finance Business Partner wanting to contribute to the delivery of outstanding customer experience and community outcomes?
Join a high performing Finance Team and become a trusted business partner to Council’s growing aged care business. You will support the implementation of our organisation’s growth strategy by providing data driven insights and financial analysis which drives business performance.
The ideal candidate for this role will be CPA/CA Qualified, have demonstrated experience as a business partner, building trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, very strong communication skills and be willing to listen, challenge, and advise. Prior experience working in Local Government or within a Community Care or Aged Care organisation will be an advantage.
Experience in ERP systems (Authority, Magiq and PowerBI) preferred and advanced level of Excel proficiency a must.
