Employment Status: Permanent, full time
Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday totalling 35 hours per week plus rostered weekends
Competitive Salary: Band 5 - $83,038.80 p.a + 12% superannuation
Location: Sandringham and Hampton Libraries but may be required to work at any Bayside Library

About the Role:
The Children and Youth Services Librarian is an important role within the team ensuring that we have vibrant and relevant library collections and engaging programs for the children and youth of Bayside. This position reports to the Sandringham / Hampton Branch Librarian and is also a member of the Children and Youth Services Library team.
The key purpose of the Children and Youth Services Librarian role is to create and deliver library programs and develop high quality collections for the children and youth of Bayside, their parents and care givers, to promote a love of reading and life-long learning.
