Employment Status: Permanent, part-time
Days & Hours of Work: 3 days, totalling 22.8 hours per week (can be across 2 - 4 days)
Competitive Salary: Band 7 - $114,501.15 p.a ($68,700 pro-rata for 22.8 hours p/w) + 12% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
With strong commitment and pride from our people, we’ve had top quartile employee engagement for many years. As a result, last year, we undertook our first organisational culture assessment.
This role will have the opportunity to partner with a new CEO and our Executive Team to shape and drive the organisational culture that will enable us to continue to build our performance at the highest level and maximise our impact for the community.
Supported by the Strategy, Culture & Capability team, and partnering with our People & Strategy Business Partners, the Culture Lead role facilitates the organisation’s approach to maintaining and enhancing the practices that enable the organisation to achieve its desired cultural aspirations (through our values and behaviours, culture and employee engagement).
This is primarily through developing, implementing, and measuring our cultural aspiration and the associated action plan/s and outlining enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
