Join Bayside City Council as a Care Worker and experience a new kind of workplace.

Make a real difference by helping our older community with domestic house cleaning to stay living safely and confidently in their own homes. You will provide general cleaning duties such as mopping, vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms and other various light household duties to 3-4 clients a day.

Multiple permanent roles available now paying $30.57 p/h. No qualifications required.

What we can do for you:

  • $30.57 per hour with annual increases
  • Paid travel time, km reimbursement, paid leave sick and annual leave, public holiday penalty rates and superannuation 11%
  • Flexible days and hours
  • Paid training provided
  • Uniforms, mobile phone, cleaning products and PPE equipment provided

What we need from you:

  • Ability to pass police check and working with children check (we will pay for these)
  • You need your own car and driver’s license
  • You have or are willing to have at least 2 doses of COVID vaccine
  • Be able to work at least 4 days per week between 9am – 3pm (with some flexibility)
