About the Role:

This role supports the delivery of digital and technology initiatives across Council.

You will work with business areas to understand current processes, identify improvements and deliver practical solutions that improve service delivery and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
  • Analysing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Designing solutions across systems, processes and service delivery
  • Supporting or leading project delivery and implementation
  • Improving systems and identifying optimisation opportunities
  • Contributing to governance, reporting and continuous improvement

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement or similar
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and translate needs into clear requirements
  • Experience delivering or supporting projects and system improvements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills
  • Understanding of systems and how they support service delivery
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
