Monday to Friday totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary:
Band 4A - $72,796.59 p.a + 11.5% superannuation
Location: Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:

This role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment for a pro-active individual to join the Revenue team and assist with day-to-day operations and maintenance of rate records. The successful candidate will be required to provide accurate and timely information, that is compliant with legislative and operations requirements to support internal stakeholders and the Bayside community. 

To be successful in the role:

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative assistance in the operation of the Revenue Services team.
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills and have experience working with customer databases.
  • Experience handling high volume phone calls and administration tasks.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of rate records in relation to changes of ownership, occupancy, sales information and property identification.
  • Accurate, timely and up to date processing of Land Information Certificates in accordance with Council timelines.
  • Ability to achieve objectives within accepted timelines.

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
