Bayside Council is an equal-opportunity employer committed to providing an accessible and safe working environment that embraces and values child safety, diversity, and inclusion. Our organisational strategy is made up of three priorities and we consider these in everything we do: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Customer Experience and Results Matter.

About the Role:
Join Bayside City Council’s Enterprise Project Management Office as an EPMO Project Management Information System (PMIS) Specialist. We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused PMIS Specialist to play a key role in the implementation and adoption of Bayside's Project Portfolio Management solution.
Within the Enterprise Project Management Office, the PMIS Specialist will be responsible for the technical configuration, data transition and deployment, and enhancement of our Project Management Information System, while also assisting with system implementation, reporting, training and business adoption activities.
Working closely with project managers, sponsors, business stakeholders, Information Technology and the system vendor, this role will ensure the PMIS remains reliable, secure, user-friendly and aligned with Bayside's Project Management Framework (PMF).
The role combines solution management, technical support, data management, business intelligence, capability development and continuous improvement responsibilities.
