  • Supporting risk management, financial governance, and annual portfolio planning to align projects with strategic priorities.
  • Maintaining data quality in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system and supporting reporting needs during implementation and beyond.
  • Supporting Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across projects

  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio reporting and financial governance, including cashflow baselining and forecasting.
  • Practical experience with project and portfolio management tools and maintaining data accuracy for reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare high-quality reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualification or accreditation in project management.

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.

What we can offer you in return:

  • A work life/balance through flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
