Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 5 - $83,038.80 + 12% superannuation
Location: Flexible working (mix of working from home and our Council Office in Sandringham)

About the Role:
Bayside City Council has an opportunity for an experienced non-clinical care partner to support our expanding Support at Home Program.
The non-clinical Care Partner is responsible for coordinating care for Support at Home clients to assist them to live at home as safely and independently as practicable. We take pride in setting our care partners up for success with manageable caseloads that support positive working relationships with clients that enable a focus on reliable and consistent care. You will join an aged care team committed and acknowledged for achieving exceptional outcomes for clients.
