About the Role:

This role focuses on improving how customers interact with Council’s digital services.

You will lead the design and delivery of webforms and digital workflows in Salesforce, including migrating forms from the website to a customer portal. The role works closely with business and IT teams to ensure digital services are simple, efficient and user-focused. You will be responsible for:

  • Employment Status – 2 year Fixed-Term, Full-time
  • Days & Hours of Work – 5 days, totalling 38 per week
  • Band Level 6 - $101,833.74 - $111,108.57 (+12% super)
  • Location – Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with some flexibility to work from home.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

  • Experience in digital experience design, web development or CRM platforms
  • Ability to design user-friendly digital forms and services
  • Experience working with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of UX principles and accessibility standards
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience

Mandatory pre-employment requirements:

  • Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check.
  • Provide or be willing to obtain an employment-based Working with Children check.
