Employment Status: Fixed term until 30 June 2029
Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 6 - $101,833.74 p.a.+ 12% superannuation
Location: Council office in Sandringham and in the field with minimal opportunity to work from home

About the Role:
The key purpose of the Community Assessment and Care Finder Officer role is to support community members who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing vulnerability and needing support to access appropriate and sustainable mainstream support services or housing to allow them to live safely and independently in the community for as long as possible.
